Holy. Hobos. Skulls and Ice Cream. A more inspired pairing has not been seen since the care-free, sheep-hearding days of Larry and Balki! There's been a bit of a trend lately with me reviewing toys themed on sweets and damn it if I'm not super happy about that. Between the Miccis and now Brutherford Industries' new life-tose intolerant beauties (see what I did there?), I'm on cloud bankruptcy! woo!

Admittedly, while I jumped right on these buggers as soon as I saw them, I was very worried about how substantial they'd be. One of my favorite things about collecting vinyl and resin toys is the heft you get with the quality-made pieces and these, delightfully, are NO exception. they have a real nice weight to them and coupled with their simple design just makes for a positively perfect figure.

Last note: in stalking the hell out of the blog, it would appear that there is likely to be a chocolate Ice Scream Man in our future so keep your banana split's peeled for more Brutherford bounty!!

Found this cute poster, via Moderncat, from Local Paper Studio and of course I HAD to pick it up for the munkie's room. Yes, they have a room and I am unashamed. damn it. Looking forward to framing it and adding it to the munchkin's boodwarr (no clue how to spell that and too lazy to google).
